My responsibilities at the district office provide guidance and support for English Learner / Multilingual Programs at eight comprehensive high schools, two alternative-education sites, and for the Antelope Valley Migrant Education Program (Region 10) with the Antelope Valley Union High School District. My career with English Learners and Second Language Acquisition started in 1998. Core values include teamwork and collaborative leadership with the students and parents as the focus of our work for academic achievement.
