Description: This session provides World Language educators with best practices and instructional strategies designed to bridge the gap between social and academic language. Participants will explore practical methods to support Long-Term English Learners (LTELs) and Native Speakers in achieving dual-language mastery. By focusing on additive bilingualism and biliteracy frameworks, we will help students leverage their linguistic assets to succeed in both English and Spanish, ultimately paving the way for the Seal of Biliteracy.
