Teaching in full color means designing instruction that allows all students to access, engage with, and succeed in the high school general education curriculum. This session will explore practical, high-impact strategies for implementing inclusive practices that support students with special needs while maintaining rigorous grade-level expectations.

Participants will examine how accommodations, modifications, co-teaching, and universal design for learning (UDL) can be intentionally used to “unleash the palette” of instructional options available in secondary classrooms. Through real-world examples and collaborative discussion, educators will learn how to align IEP supports with general curriculum standards across content areas.
